This years' report will focus on the water quality data collected by the NYCDEP during Data will be presented in four sections, each delineating a geographic region within the Harbor. Four water quality parameters will be used as indicators of water quality for this report. The four parameters are:fecal coliform. A profile of water quality in the water column is measured to include standard variables such as temperature, depth, salinity, dissolved oxygen, etc. Detailed descriptions of the sampling techniques and procedures are available by contacting the project manager.
